Solutions

Where help makes a difference

Seven areas, described by the problem they solve and what usually improves. Many problems cut across more than one, and that is where a profile connecting infrastructure, data, automation and security makes a difference.

  • Capacity planning and forecasting

Teams sized to real demand, hour by hour, with schedules checked against the operation’s rules.

    • Schedules that follow real demand, not the average
    • Less overtime to cover predictable gaps
    • Less idle time during low-demand hours
  • Payroll, timekeeping and HR data audit

Overtime, timekeeping, absenteeism and payroll cross-checked between sources, with every number traceable to the original entry.

    • Payroll and hours totals explainable down to the source
    • Less manual checking at month-end
    • Real discrepancies separated from typing errors
  • Data, BI and dashboards

Reliable metrics, reports that update themselves and dashboards that show deviations before the month closes.

    • Reports that refresh with no manual assembly
    • One number for each metric
    • Deviations visible while there is still time to act
  • Process automation

Repetitive tasks, cross-checks and files passed from hand to hand become automatic, logged routines.

    • Less rework and fewer manual steps
    • Standardized results, no matter who runs the process
    • Less reliance on informal knowledge
  • Applied AI and agents

Agents, OCR and intelligent search applied to concrete problems, with human approval before any critical action.

    • Less time reading and sorting by hand
    • Context found in seconds, not in months of history
    • AI in production without losing human control
  • Security and access governance

Access reviewed, stale accounts removed and configurations hardened, with every change logged and reversible.

    • Less exposure to stale access
    • Controlled, verifiable offboarding
    • Least privilege as the rule, not the exception
  • Infrastructure and ongoing support

Servers, networks and services managed with evidence-based diagnosis, controlled change and documentation.

    • Fewer recurring incidents
    • Predictable changes, with a rollback plan
    • Decisions based on logs, not perception
  • Don’t see your area?

Problems that cut across systems, data and people rarely fit into a single area. Describe how it shows up.

    Describe the problem

How much each point improves depends on the environment: volume, structure and data maturity. That is why no percentage is promised here. The assessment measures the current situation and defines, before any work starts, how the gain will be measured.

How to engage

Four ways to work together

This is not a price list: the cost depends on the scope, and the scope is agreed in writing before work starts.

  1. Fixed-scope technical assessment

You come away with a clear map of the problem, the risks and what is worth building, with timeline and scope defined before work starts.

    What’s included

    • A survey of the systems, data and processes involved
    • A map of dependencies and manual steps
    • A technical risk matrix
    • Prioritized recommendations, including what not to do

    What’s not included

    • Implementing the recommendations
    • Buying or licensing software
  2. Building an automation or integration

A manual process or a missing integration starts working, with human approval where it matters and a record of what happens.

    What’s included

    • Design of the solution and its layers
    • Building and testing with controlled data
    • Assisted rollout, with a fallback plan
    • Operational documentation

    What’s not included

    • Changes to third-party systems without authorization
    • Ongoing operation after delivery (see ongoing support)
  3. Environment audit and operational documentation

What exists becomes known, documented and owned: systems, access, data and procedures.

    What’s included

    • An inventory of systems and access
    • A review of identities and permissions
    • Findings logged with an owner and a deadline
    • Documentation of critical procedures

    What’s not included

    • Penetration testing
    • Certification audits or formal security assessments
  4. Ongoing support

What was built keeps working, evolving and documented, with someone following it closely.

    What’s included

    • Monitoring and adjustments
    • Incremental improvements within an agreed scope
    • Periodic review of access, rules and backups
    • Documentation updates

    What’s not included

    • 24/7 support
    • Direct support to end users

Scope limits

What stays out

Saying what is not included is part of the work too.

  • Off-the-shelf products or software licenses

Each delivery is built for the client’s process, not sold off the shelf.

  • Penetration testing or certification audits

Governance, access reviews and hardening, yes. Pentests and formal certification, no.

  • Automation that acts alone where mistakes are costly

Any external action with real impact goes through human approval, always.

  • Undocumented deliveries

A system that only works while the person who built it is around is not a delivery.

Confidentiality

How your work is handled

Confidentiality as a method, not a clause. The projects on this site follow the same rule applied to every client engagement.

  • No client names

Not in the portfolio, in published projects, in conversations with third parties or in file metadata.

  • Examples are always fictitious

Anything shown in public uses synthetic data. Real screenshots never leave the project.

  • What is yours stays with you

Code, files and credentials stay in your environment and are never reused for another client.

  • Agreement before access

A non-disclosure agreement can be signed before any access to data.

Not sure which area to start with?

It almost always starts with an assessment. Describe the problem and the format is defined together.
